High dose of whey protein
I"m a professional bodybuilder and I earn money by showing my body. It can sound easy but I can guarantee you that it isn"t that easy at all. Every day is a hard day for me. Good diet will help you to lose or to gain weight. I am a bodybuilder so I have to eat high doses of whey protein. It helps me to build strong and solid muscles. This is a wonderful supplement and I can honestly recommend it to everyone, even the people who don"t train as hard as I.
